Kathryn says:

Why not select a group of photos that best represent your day or week and store them in an album on your phone? That's the very simplest way to make a record of what life is like for you right now.

Not everyone wants to write or draw a diary but loads of people love to take photographs. If you have a smartphone, those pictures might pop up as 'memories' especially if you're on Snapchat, Instagram or Facebook.

Why not select a group of photos that best represent your day or week and store them in an album on your phone? That's the very simplest way to make a record of what life is like for you right now.

Or, if you've got access to PowerPoint, you can make a film out of them, adding a little bit of text for detail. Here's one I made earlier ( I have ALWAYS wanted to say that.)

Here's how:

1. Start a blank presentation in powerpoint.
2. Click the Insert tab and select photo album.
3. Select file/disc and choose your photos, click create.
4. Powerpoint will put them all into slides for you.
5. You can use the design ideas feature on the right hand of the screen if you want to.
6. Add text using WordArt to summarise what your photo means to you.
7. Click File and click Export from the menu.
8. Click Create a video - and you created a video!
9. I uploaded mine to Youtube and used their video editor to add music.
